All our tours start at central and well-connected locations in the city. In Amsterdam, we usually meet near Central Station or Dam Square, depending on the type of tour. You’ll receive the exact meeting point after booking.
Tours usually finish in a central area different from the starting point, but always well connected so you can continue exploring or return easily.
You may bring small hand luggage. Small dogs are allowed if they are well-behaved (except on boat or bus tours). Please let us know in advance.
It depends on the tour, but most city tours are designed for small groups of 4 to 12 people. Bus excursions may have larger groups.
Walking or biking tours last between 2 and 2.5 hours. Boat tours are around 1 to 1.5 hours. Bus excursions can last a full day. Please check the details on each tour page.
No. Tours only get canceled in case of extreme weather conditions that could affect your safety.
Most experiences offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. After that, no refund is available. Please check each tour’s policy before booking.
